• vando doctor checks this computer's setup and prints the command that fixes each thing. Reference.
• vando connect K7M2XQ4B takes the code by itself, and vando setup turns the guard on as part of setting up a project.
• The help leads with the five commands of a first run. vando help <command> shows one command. A typo gets "Did you mean …?" instead of the whole help.
• Errors say what happened and the exact next command. Every message.
• The paste block for Claude Code is shorter: five steps, and the Vando tools for Claude are now optional. Paste this.

• vando run --secret NAME -- <command> gives one command a secret for a time you pick on your phone: once, an hour, eight hours or a day. It ends by itself. One secret.
• vando init moves a whole project's .env files into your vault with one approval, and vando run -- pnpm dev then gets each environment's secrets. A whole project.
• Your phone lists what each computer can use now and can end any of it.
